Did a fat caliper test. Not sure of the accuracy of these things, but I am up at around 31.82% fat. I will measure again next Weigh in in to see if there are any changes. I have also started using creatine in my workouts to help build lean muscle.

I think I have a weigh in coming up. I’m curious to see just how that’s gonna go. Up my cardio sessions to twice per day. This allows me to eat a bit more. I hate feeling hungry.
