On June 8 2015 I had the gastric sleeve surgery done and I am down 45 lbs since then. I am really happy with the weight coming off. I am finally off my plateau. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs so hopefully I can do it

Well I haven't been on here in a while. my weight has been staying in the 380 lbs which is really pissing me off. the good thing is I am maintaining my weight so that is a positive.
