today I was 65.3 kgs, but after my classes, Burn it strenght class and HIIT class. Before my classes I must have been 66.00 kgs. So steady at least.

I am 66 today!! Just going to enjoy the moment!! It may not last long, weekend is coming up, and Easter Sunday!!! A family lunch!! If anyone has any ideas as to how I'm going to keep my weight down at a party, please share!! I have taken forever to come to 66kgs and don't want to lose it

I had gone up to 67.3kgs on Monday after a weekend party and today, Wednesday I'm down to 66.4kgs. I finally know what my body needs to lose weight, enough carbs!!! I'm not on a keto diet, but I am IF and I eat more protien normally. Only when I increased my carbs did I see a drop in my weight.
