Last too days I didn't lost many weight... I think my methabolism might be getting slow. What can I do about it?

Today was a better day considering yesterday's intake. Anyway, today I gave my best in the gym. I burned my ass off to accomplish the 70 strait squats, my legs were so sure from the day before, but I had to pass the squat challenge of the day! Also I did cardio, arms and abs.
Tomorrow is my resting day, but I couldn't do nothing for the whole day so I going to walk mountain trails again with some friends of mine. I feel pretty excited about it!
