Hi all! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!
I have a question - I'm trying to get more protein into my diet, but my stomach ends up in pain a lot of the time (ex. when I have whey protein powder). Does switching to soy work for stomach issues? Or does anyone know of another way to help increase protein and decrease body fat? (I do weight training at the gym too.) As a side note, I may have IBS, which sometimes makes things difficult.
