Didn't manage to get in my 7 hours of sleep last night. Only got about 5 1/2. I hope I'm not too tired after work in order to hit the gym. I especially need to hit the gym because last night we had dinner over a cousin's home and they made some Red Lobster Cheddar biscuits. OMG!!! they were better than R.L. I ate three of them. Plus, fried chix, mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus and carrots, a glass of wine and a shot of tequila.
My plan is to drink the recommended 71 ounces of water today, hit the gym and stick to my meal plans.

Downloaded an app that reminds you to drink water. Well, it does that plus the notification sound (running water) also prompts me to use the bathroom too. Lol.

Apparently, I didn't know orange juice and whole milk have a ton of carbs. I love orange juice and a nice tall glass of milk. But, as soon as I cut those two items out of my low carb diet, I'm now seeing progress in weight loss.
I'm pleased.

Either I gained weight or my first weigh in wasn't correct. But, I'm confident that this weigh in is right because I purchased a new scale

I'm on day 10 of the low carb and sugar diet. Luckily, hubby agreed to do it with me so it's been easier than I thought. 20 more days to go.
