So after “cheating” once after getting ghosted by a date.. I decide to just get my ass to gym and just shower.. I see the scale, the scale sees me. Really need to own the situation, step on that scale. Low and behold it’s DOWN another kilogram and a half. Please let this continue!
The gym will see me for reals tomorrow

Damnit, my emotions. When my last date doesn’t get back to me I start assuming it’s me. At least I cheated with broccoli, cauliflower and cheese! She calls today and we going out Saturday. Hitting the gym with vengeance on the morrow!
