DELAY, DONT DENY and FAST. FEAST. REPEAT , by Gin Stephan’s has changed my attitude towards eating. I only have 100 pounds to lose, for the first Time I feel confident about going forward with an eating plan. I do not dread having another failure. No counting carbs or calories or tracking food or what diet food to eat. I have a period of time during the day I eat what I want. Usually about 2-3 hours, Today was/is chili verde with tomatoes and potatoes. I had 6 pecans, and water and coffee. I will eat a little later, before I close my window. If that period of time passes I am done eating until the following day. I was shocked how not hungry I have been. Nothing, but water, black coffee or unflavored tea between mealtimes. I thought it sounded too tough, but dang I am impressed. I won’t rewrite the book but I thought someone might be interested.
