I went up a pound...Well i can't complain...i kinda fell off writing things down...i should know you never eat bad the day before a weigh in...(it's my own fault)This week i will be getting back on track....

This week no weight lost or gain..i Maintain...Well last nights weigh in did go as well as i wanted it to...Don't get me wrong i am ok with maintaining we all know its better then gaining...i will like maintaining when i reach my goal weight..not when i still have 14 more pounds to go...i will be changing some thing this next week...i hope everyone hads a good weigh in this week...Good Luck

Glad to be home...had a very busy day...took my neighbor shopping...lot of walking..lot of stores..we left early in the morning got home about 4:00pm...thank god i eat breakfast before i went..Oat Meal..we eat lunch at a chinese restaurant..i was good i ordered sweet sour chicken yumm .. to busy to make it to the gym...Bummer...tomorrow is another day...
