In the quest of trying to incorporate more fat into my diet, decided to add butter. Not sure what I was expecting but dang it’s good! 😋☕️🙌🏻

Yay, it's Friday! I'm ready to shut it down and relax. Fasting BG 93. I think my CGM runs a little lower than a finger prick but my sugars are staying steady so very pleased with myself. Going to make Shrimp and Seared Tuna Medallions for dinner tonight, will be yummy! I hope everyone has had a great week and has an excellent weekend!

I have to say... it sure is nice not having to prick my finger 3 to 4 times a day. My finger tips are happy! Fasting BG 96. I hope everyone had a great day!

A couple of busy days... which is good. Fasting BG 103. Got my new Dexcom G6 today so no more finger pricks! So happy. 👏🏻 now I need to get moving to get my weight down. Have a great evening all!
