Breakfast: Coffee (not pictured), one packet of plain instant oatmeal and a small banana. 🍌☕ Really wanting to cut back on the processed sugar I put in my body. Makes my cravings for sweets and treats so much more difficult to control.

Had another binge tonight.😞 Not quite sure why. But I'll do my best to log it all. It's hard to log "binge foods" because you're eating mindlessly and very quickly. But I want to hold myself accountable. I know I can beat this issue!🙏💞

Taking it a day at a time and doing well. I always do pretty well during the week but the weekends that are the most difficult for me. But I'm hoping this weekend will be better than last weekend and so forth...and the next weekend will be better than this one.🙏💞
Man! it's only Tuesday and I'm already worrying about the weekend!🤔😏
