These are pretty much of what I have had yesterday
Total calories were 3043 calories
I was treating myself for getting back. I am now 90% recovered and I got back positive energy which I have had before corona 🔥🔥🔥

Today’s meal. Today was little bit of force feeding myself just wanted to get myself back and I also had 3 apples and 6 ripe bananas. Hopefully I feel much better tomorrow.
