Having a great, relaxing time with my Sisters @ the beach. I have been waking up between 6 & 6:30 AM every morning! That's on central time as apposed to Eastern, but still early for me. It's nice to still ease into my day, sipping coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean waves. We have an early (for me) breakfast, then don our swimsuits, gather our stuff & set up on the beach. We create a little Oasis with multiple umbrellas, beach chairs & towels. Our days have been spent reading, playing in the waves.... maybe a little nap here & there. We pop up to the room for lunch... again eaten on the balcony, then back to the beach. We have taken one walk on the beach & one down the road to a shop to buy beach tubes for floating & big coffee mugs for our morning coffee.
I started out logging but have not logged for a couple of days. Breakfast is my usual fruit, an English muffin, some yogurt & coffee. Lunch has been sandwiches & yesterday a "snack" combo of hummus. baby carrots & stuff. We have cooked at the condo 3 nights & gone out for dinner once. Tonight, we plan to cook then out for dinner our last night. There has been some snacking, but not crazy 😜
Well, off to enjoy another day in beautiful paradise 🏖
