WOW-where should I begin? I'm 27, raising 5 kids, as of now-(2)8 year olds, a 6 year old, a 4 year old and finally a 2 year old-yeah so I'm pretty busy. I have a pretty bad case of tendonitis, so my exercise is very limited. I've been overweight almost all of my life, I lost weight (the wrong way) when I was 12 or 13, and then at age 16 I started working in fast food and gaining my weight back. Now I'm a whopping 125 pounds overweight and tired. I want to feel better (and look better) again. I know it's possible, but SO hard. I also was diagnosed with PCOS, even went to a nutritionist-which was a waste of money since I did NOTHING that I was supposed to do. I was on weight watchers and my doctor told me I would have a hard time loosing on weight watchers without "tweaking" the plan. I lost O-so-slowly there, however I DID loose.

Anyway enough of that, I love tips and encouragement and would love to hear what you have to say, so if you have tips PLEASE don't hesitate to throw them my way!!!
