I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2014, my doctor finally got my level to the higher side of normal. I continued to gain weight I thought maybe it was stress and school related. Fast forward to October 2017, I went to a doctor I used to see, she did labs up’d my meds and I had lost 5lbs in that month and I had changed absolutely nothing. Well November I changed my diet and started eating healthier and now I’m on a goal to lose a lot more weight and be happier with myself!!
