My enemy is snacking. If I could quit doing it at night, I would be further ahead in losing weight. I walk around the block every day and I carry my Ipad to listen to dance type music to keep me focused and put some bounce in my step. My best time for the walk is 5 minutes. I'm deliriously happy with that. My balance isn't the best these days, so I carry the Ipad to steady myself.So far so good!
I try to drink a fair amount of water, but I don't always remember to have a glass. I wear a step counter and enter my food intake to see how many Calories, Fat, Protein, Sodium, Carbs I am taking in daily and it also tracks my water intake. I get frustrated with my weight, but giving up isn't the way to go.
My start weight was 200 lbs
