I started FS about a year ago and lost almost 5 pounds. Then, for some reason I stopped using it.
With the COVID lockdown, I gained that back plus I added 5 pounds as a bonus. 😬
I am back now, and want to get serious this time. I am combining calorie reduction with regular exercise.
Being 54 now, the weight comes off more slowly. But, it still comes off. I need to remain persistent.
