Strong and determined. June 2017 I made a goal to lose 50 lbs. 1 year later I am down 51 lbs! Goal is to be down another 9 lbs by July 6th. Let's see if I can do it!
Work and home life keep me pretty busy so by the time I get normal everyday things out of the way I am too exhausted to exercise. I have really been struggling with this the past few months. I am working on bettering myself as a whole, not just with my weight and being healthy.
