I am a wife, mother of 2 rambunctious but lovable children and nurse! Needless to say all I do is take care of people from day to night, and even though I love what I do, I don't take care of myself as I should. Nurses make the worst patients right?? LOL!

Trying to make some changes to better focus on helping my mind and body. When I feel good (or better) about my body, my mind feels more at ease. I'm doing this for me and my family!

I know how hard any weight loss journey is so I am a huge supporter of those who are in the fight!
