I am a mom, wife, grandma. I'm currently overweight and have stomach issues. I've been diagnosed with IBS and S.I.B.O. I used to be very active, running and low weight. Since diagnosed with SIBO- I feel my health needs HELP!! I'm trying to get all and any advice I can. Just working on myself right now. I love to meditate and do Yoga.
