i am aiming for a daily intake of 1900 calories with reasonable amounts of sugars so that i can lose at-most o.2 kilo's a week and participate in moderate exercise such intense Yoga/abdominal training every day or two and Running to and from places. I also ingest Green Tea [etc] in the hopes it will raise my metabolism.. [I don't have particular enjoyment from drinking it but it prevents cravings and i hope it grows on me]
I'm currently 74 kilo's at 5"7 and am aiming for a slimmer weight of 60 kilo's so that i feel more comfortable with myself and that I'm appealing to others <3 [mainly for me]
