Hi everyone,

I'm fed up with gaining weight. I just want to take these last 10 pounds off and keep it off. I started eating at night in front of the TV and have decided to stop immediately! I work online as an ESL teacher so my days are not as active as I'd like them to be. I would like to support others and have others support me on my weight loss journey.
