Hi. I am currently being very vulnerable and sharing my journey with strangers. Typically, I keep any thoughts and fears about my weight between myself and my fiancé. However, I think it's time I share with someone who may be going through the same struggles as I am.
My weight has been an issue for about 6 years. I have been between 215-230 lbs since 2014. I can't seem to lose the weight and I definitely can't seem to stick to a program that works for me. I am hoping that having an accountability group will help me stay on track and stay focused.
