Food plan: low carb/sugar (<200-100g total/day)
Tired of yo-yo'ing on my blood sugar & health. I'm back off meds! My beautiful daughter was born 01/02/17. I got off track there for a while. Now, I go the the gym 6:30a - 8a. Work. Take care of my bundle of joy until mom gets home around 12a-1a. Then do it all over again. Nothing will get done or happen if I don't do it. Now, my health is so much better. Sky is the limit. Plan to get back to <250 or better. Pants fit again. Thank God. Keep on keeping on. Consistency is key.
