Hi everyone.
Im a mum of 8 kids, the oldest is 19 and the youngest5. Im straight talking and tell you how it is although that doesnt sit well with some. I did mauitai 5 yrs back but done my achilles which stopped me for quite some months. Back then l was where l wanted to be weight wise. I go to the gym everyday something twice a day. I got into cycling and was hit by a car, which took my cycling to only on occasions now. I used to ride horses, but due to a bad fall by a unbroken horse, driving myself to hospitalwith broken ribs, also found out l had nicked my spinal cord and was told not to ride again otherwise l would end up in a wwheelchair. I still have pain, and numbness in my legs or feet, but im too stubborn to let that get me down. The weight on the other hand is shittn me to tears l just want it to budge instead l yoyo up and down l have tried all different things but to no avail at least l know im not the only one
