I'm 52, lost 80 lbs on Atkins 6 yrs ago. Since have put most back on. Need to have knee replaced so I have to lose 80 lbs again. I found Atkins the easiest plan to stick to, but I did get tired of eating the same old thing. Missed bread & pasta most.
