I always struggled with my weight since my childhood. I tried many diets, and most of the time I lost a great amount of weight, but often I gained some of them back. A few years ago I fallen in love with Crossfit and my body changed a lot. I workout 4 to 5 times per week, but unfortunately I love to eat and I do not always pay attention to my food choices, which requires me to lose approximately 30 lbs. I do not want to be skinny, but I want to be strong and lean. Well defined body and abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. So I need to get back to my diet and monitor that what I eat. I was hesitating to try the Carb Nite Solution, but I realized that I cannot stick to an ultra low carb diet for so long, because I am bored by the food choices right now. I guess, at this time The Zone diet will be my best choice and I will be able to reach my goals.
