I realized summer 2018 that I needed to make some changes. I used to be a runner a decade ago, but could no longer run a mile or touch my toes. I was always tired, with poor sleep habits, yo-yo dieting, and over-stressed with long work hours and mother of 3 small kids.
Without exercise or balanced eating habits, I had lost most of my muscle mass, gained fat, and in general always felt terrible (aches, pains, exhaustion).
I started my lifestyle change by joining Orange Theory Fitness. I am learning to try to prioritize time for myself and my health.
I joined FS to help better track what I was eating, and figure out where I was going wrong. Since joining, I haven't looked back! What a great community!
