They say "false starts" are essential to eventual success. Well, here I am again after many falst starts... Except THIS time I really am doing this, and for life.

I lost over 100lbs almost ten years ago. I was keeping it off just fine a year later when there was a hugely traumatic event. My body went haywire. My diet didn't help. Over the next few years I found what had worked before didn't work. Nothing worked. And then I was in a stress loop that almost killed me. NOW....

Fast forward to late 2020. After failing at losing on keto AGAIN, I sat down to do some math. Seems I had been missing a key component to what I had done to lose weight previously, and bam - once I figured that out, it's all been downhill, but in a good way!

Over 57lbs gone, and much more to go. At least 150lbs more, in fact. I havne't been able to exercise, but ironically I had been exercising for 60-90 minutes a day for the year prior. (no loss) I was up to 2 hours a day when my facilities were closed.

So from 452 to 395 and countinggggggggggg.
