Male, early 50's with type 2 diabetes. Regular exercise 4 to 5 days a week. Consists of mix of cardio and weight. 30 to 60 minutes per session. Working to regain portion control, minimize sugar intake and reduce overall caloric intake and eliminate bad eating and snacking habits. Been on many different diet / meal plans but always seem to relapse back to old habits after a while. I am not giving up and am continuing to find the eating style that works for me to maintain for a long term lifestyle. Whew!
