better mentally today goodness i guess on days im feeling overwhelmed i need not pick up the computer.... sorry about yesterday i do have a problem with scales places i visit.. why are they so different i had one say 294.4 from the hospital and then one at the gym that says 291 from my doc office its usually a 2 pound or little over difference from the gym so im leaning toward the 294.4 is probably the one to go by... i feel like the gym scale is a liar haha!

all scales are liars! That number is just a rough benchmark at the best of times. Pick one and go with that each time. The real reflection of you progress is what you can do, how you feel and how things fit. The number is just a less improtant data point. You are obviously doing wonderfully with your efforts!
