I have totally blown my diet. I need to get back on board and try to stay committed. I feel like I have very little discipline. I feel bad about my choices and I just feel horrible all over. I am going to step up to the plate(no pun intended) and try again. The worst thing I can do is give up. I hate these ups and downs. I wish I could just stay focused. So I have eaten a whole days worth in only two meals. The worst part is that they weren't even meals. They were junk!!! I know I can do better.
