I have surpassed the 3 week mark. This is the classic number (21) of days that the body/mind rewires itself with new patterns.
Of course, I have also read that this is not true! Do I ultimately care? No, not really.
What matters is how I feel and my level of determination, patience and appreciation of the process.
I am very happy with my progress and even though I think after denying myself my favorite meal of 2 Big Macs, large fries and a large Dr. Pepper for the last 22 days...I should be looking more like Brad Pitt than I actually do!!!
No worries, I assure I will soon enough so onward we go.
Dedicating my life to better health is the goal and my evolution will grow by leaps and bounds with consistency and NOT QUITTING.

Temporary setbacks are to be expected, so get up and face your demons, hold yourself accountable and be the you you want to be.
