I'm so ready for the weekend! I'm sure I'm not alone there. I just wish I had a weekend with no plans. Oh well, we're going to see family this weekend and some of them I haven't seen in years, so it will be nice.

I'm trying to figure out my meals for next week and I'm struggling. I try to make a grocery list by Friday evening so I'm ready to go either then or by Saturday morning. I just don't know what to make for dinner next week. Any suggestions? I'm going to keep breakfast and lunch simple since I won't be home to do much prepping this weekend, but dinner is always the most difficult to figure out. Picky eaters don't help either. :)
