survived the holiday family in tact a diet intact macro wise. daughter insisted on brisket and she declined the wonderful moist delicious swordfish i prepared. my daughter #2 ate the swordfish and said it was the best most wonderfully cooked fish she ever ate. i loved it too and give the fish more credit thaN my grilling lol but i was happy to get the compliment. i was not ever remotely tempted by the brisket or potato kugel. i had one small matzo ball which oops i just realized i forgot to record but otherwise all was on plan as i planned it. i let my daughter get the brisket but i did not have to cook it! i said you want you have to bring it yourself and so she did. taking care of number #1! me and i did it! yay!!! also got 12K steps in haven't done that many in a lil while now.... not since injury
