Yay! A drop! The scale played a mean trick on me and jumped up a pound on the last weigh in day so that makes today's recording even bigger. Fine! I'll take it. Still having trouble finding enough to eat once my carbs are exhausted for the day. Apparently the only thing I ate before was carbs because it seems that I can't have anything I'm accustomed to. I allow myself 100 carbs per day, which is completely adequate, but I still struggle. I cannot eat salads or any raw vegetables. I have difficulty with some fruits and grapefruit is completely off the table due to other medications. Without a wide range of fruits and veggies, I'm left with proteins and carbs. I getting tired of scrambled eggs, but that's my fall-back when I'm hungry and can't think of anything else. Although I'm on a 1500 calorie diet, I rarely break 1000 calories.

Anybody care to share a good Keto bread recipe? I've read a few and considered trying them but then all the comments say it's too eggy or very difficult to make, or soggy, etc.

Anyway, hope everyone has a bright week an keep healthy!
