Well i'm back from vacation. Had fun was very busy. Glad to be back to the old grind. I did realy gain any but didn't loss any either. Well i'm going to try to cut down on carbs I've done every other kind at this point and i've been this stand still since Jan. I know i've done my cheat days but I always have and still lost. So lets now try the low carbs thing. I've found alot of no or low carb foods. We'll see. Wish me luck.
