Hello FS friends,
It has been a while since I did my journal. I do read them everyday. There has been a lot of pounds lost and everyone should be proud. I have been working double shifts and I tend to be a little cranky when I do. I have been struggling with staying in ketosis. I enjoy my veggies and they have knocked me out of it.
I went to my Dr today, I still lost a few pounds but feel better when I am in ketosis. I seem to have more energy.
I am back to my normal schedule so I am back on my regular program I have been doing , 600 calories a day with mostly protein as a majority of my food. with very little carbs. I can have 2 cups of veggies a day but not till I get back into ketosis.
I do read a lot of what everyone is doing and would like to try other diets and have tried a lot of them, this is working. I have lost 45 lbs since I started following what this Dr has told me. I had high blood pressure when I started but now it has been great I can almost stop the meds.
I really appreciate how everyone supports each other on this site . it proves there are still good people in this world. I love the pictures of everyone's food. I get hungry just looking! lol The weekend is right around the corner hope you all have a great one.
