Still a little unsure of how to do challenge. Started out day with cheese & turkey snack before sleep after midnight. Hoping nutrients would facilitate sleep. ML woke me at 9:00 to take her to get food. Am planning to go to Lindora after my bone density test this AM. Need to plan protein, fruit for lunch while out.
