sooo...last week was a start..I have listened and started slow...instead of working out and dieting(all in anxiety) I have started a life change and balanced eating style which is totally different than anything else I've ever done....aaand Today was the first day of a full workout, with good food and good music....I pray that God keeps pushing me beyond my comfort zones into more self control, and balance.. #FruitoftheSpiritatWORK😍...
