I finally made it to 147 which is closer to 145 than my plateau weight of 150. I finally think I have made it past that plateau. I hope to continue the downward spiral by kicking things into high gear with this new summer challenge. I also think I am going to give up eggs and bacon with my folks every weekend and stick with just pancakes. The eggs and bacon is really tasty and not that many calories, but I find that I am hungry right afterwards. I ate the pancakes over three hours ago. I couldn't finish them because I was so full and I am still full. I have this written in here to mark the date when I have stopped eating the bacon and eggs breakfast with my folks. We'll see how long I can make it.
