Good morning FS friends,
I am preparing for a lot of things this year. I was hoping to get to the 200 mark by May.
I go on vacation with my aunt coming from NJ in May , we have two births to celebrate. My niece and nephew are both have their first child. I think I have been lazy as far as exercise , My Dr said I would lose if I just move for 30 minutes a day. That's all I do. I joined the gym so I could go and just have not been motivated to go. I just make excuses for myself not to go. There I said it. I think I have been OK with losing the few lbs. a week.
I really am not ok with that, I want more and I know if I push myself I could do better. I get done work most days 2 pm and do home. I have a little Chi waiting for me and my excuse has been I don't want her to be alone while I go to Gym. half true, I don't want her to be alone but if she is she will be fine.
I also just found out my son is getting married in Sept so I will be going to DE for that and I want to feel good about myself and the way I look as the mother of the groom.
My husband won a vacation to Key West and I was hoping to lose a lot more then I have. I love to go snorkeling and swimming and it will be a lot of walking .
I guess I need to kick myself in the butt and get moving to lose more. today is my weigh in at the Dr I am having a few issues with my food also. I can only have 600 calories a day. I love my veggies and they have kept me from being fully in ketosis. My Dr wants me to be in moderate and I have been in a steady small for about a week. I did feel a lot more motivated in moderate with more energy,so I guess I will cut the veggies until I am back in moderate.
Thanks for listening I know what I need to do. get off my but and move.

I'm right there with ya. I keep making excuses --tomorrow--tomorrow UGH! Then tomorrow never comes to exercising. I (we) have to get to moving. :)

how about walking with your pup who would love that I am sure! You could start small and go from there? Just an idea.
