Since I started the Aferican Mango pills and the drinking the tea I have lost about a pound a day. But i'm still working on getting down to my last wiegh in. That was a mess up I caan't fix. I was 256 a week ago now i'm 248. I also get to eat more and food like pizza without to much worry. I'd loss more faster not eating that but it's nice to be able to.
