I’m afraid to get on the scale. I’m keeping calories down and trying to eat healthy.
Back to exercising but my knees are giving out.
My body is more toned but not my legs. So frustrating.

Can’t wait for snow to disappear so I can go for some walks

Yes, I won't walk in this cold weather either, but spring is just round the corner, hopefully!
