I suspect you may have to input it to the food database using the details on the label if you bought it. Or create it in your cookbook if you made it. Or guess the constituents and add them individually or take a closely related item. If I buy a croissant at the coffee shop, for example, I just use any croissant from the list that matches size, roughly. Good luck - it sounds lovely!

I'll take the 1.34kg with chocolate sauce, thanks... 2 days worth of calories for me there.

I know this, PeanutButty, but I am eating the dessert only occasionally, but Wednesday was not my day. I made a bad choice. 🤔🤐😱

I do not like sweet sauces. 😇

😂😂 PeanutButty. Neil - is that your portion size? Yelena - it wasn’t a bad choice, just perhaps not as good a choice as you could have made. Don’t punish yourself over it.

Thank you very much, Phooka. 😊 I am not worried about that. Just sometimes I wish to be able to resist the temptations for eating the dessert.

Oh Phooka, they were the days... just not sweet things. When we used to go for our for Sunday dinner, my wife would have pudding and I'd get a second main course. @Yelena don't worry about a bit of naughty every now and then, it's the rest of the week that dictates whether you'll lose weight or not. I have a blow out every Saturday and still lose weight.

Sorry Neil, it wasn’t meant to sound like an admonishment. We are all different. Gawd knows I remember the Sundays in my 20s when we spent the afternoon and evening after the pub gaming. I’d cook massive veg curries and rice with flavoured loaves for everyone then tray after tray of jam or marmalade tarts. It may have been the smokes that gave us the munchies but we were all thin as whippets! That was many many years ago ...
