didn't do too shabby this past week, even with my youngest son's birthday along with the Superbowl​ on Sunday and the littlest of snacking that I did during the game. Since getting back to journaling my food in an actual book I lost 4.4lbs in 6 days., I even impressed myself., now the hard part is keeping up with the weight loss and continuing to drop the pounds. 😁🍀
