So here we go, I am 34 days smoke free with no issues and holding my weight. I am not really trying to lose weight but rather lose some body fat. I am at 18% body fat now and just want to see my lower abs again. That seems to be the hardest fat to lose.

So my evil is breakfast... LOVE breakfast but realized yesterday that my choice was throwing an 940!!! calorie meal down my throat every morning.

This morning it was oatmeal followed 2 hours later with a high quality protein shake which combined gave me 280 Calories... Here's looking forward to the rest of the day.
