When I fall off the wagon, I really fall. Binged again today, the fifth bad day in a row. I am putting this out there to force myself to not binge tomorrow. One day at a time.

Thanks for the dress borrowing. It gives me hope for the wedding, which may take off the pressure and therefore help me get back on track.
