Started having holly tea today. Not a fan on the taste but will give it a try. Apparently a good cleanse and you should drop at least 5 lbs.

Looking at your profile and some of your comments. If you are serious about losing your weight , you need to focus on calorie deficit ( 70 % of the equation) and exercising ( 30% ) . If you want to lose weight at the gym , start peddling on the bike with higher tension , do STAIRMASTER ( there's a reason why most people wont use that machine ) , attend those high intensity workout classes and or using the treadmill but put on a 15 degree slope and walk at 4 mph . If you are serious about losing that weight , you need to make some serious changes . If not , dont expect any miracles. Read my comments. My workouts are pretty consistent. Good luck.

My new elliptical is being delivered today. Adding that to my regular exercise routine should make a difference. My calorie intake is approx 1000 Mixed recommendations. Should I have more or less???

Exciting! A new elliptical will be great. Stick to 1000 calories and see how you go. If you're losing too quickly, eat more, if you're losing too slowly eat less. 1 or 2 lb a week is about right. If you're getting hungry, make sure your food contains plenty of veggies and protein.

Did what work? Wholy tea? Not exactly sure yet. Just starting my second week but I am also exercising and eating healthy. I will weigh in Friday and see if it has helped
