How I eat for cheap. I am a bargain hunter through and through. And low carb eating can be cheap but its hard work to make it that way 😅
For me. The biggest thing has been figuring out how to get the best protein intake for the least money. I eat a lot of pilchards, eggs and some chicken pieces. Per week I usually have 2-3 cans of pilchards, about half a can per day. for other lunches I eat boiled eggs.
Veggie wise I shop exclusively on the checkers mark down/half price/reduced table. I e at what is cheap😂 my only real splurge is the occasional xylitol and almond milk. and If I can get half priced banting wraps 😍
